It is the combination of  vowel sounds in /sit/ and in /listen/ (second vowel sound).
e.g. shear, ear, near etc.
15.The sound as in /eight/
It is the combination of vowel sounds in /pen/ and in /sit/.
e.g. paper, taper,cake etc.
16.The sound as in /oil/
It is the combination of vowel sounds in /pot/ and in /sit/(slightly).
e.g. boy,toy,joy etc.
All the sounds are individual, while listening, we do not speak or listen to the individual sounds. It is a connected speech in practical.So we must pay attention to these aspects of pronunciation too.
